Most problems are caused by Safari or Chrome permissions rather than the retailer or your healthcare verification account.
Install PerkRounds, then turn on its Safari extension. In Safari, tap the Page Menu or Extensions button beside the address bar, choose PerkRounds, select your provider type, and grant access when asked.
For automatic retailer alerts, scroll to the bottom of PerkRounds and tap “Enable automatic retailer alerts.” Review Safari’s full website-access list and approve the requested retailer sites.
Open the PerkRounds app once after installation. Then open Safari Settings, choose Extensions, turn on PerkRounds, and allow the retailer websites you want it to recognize.
If Safari still shows no change, open a supported retailer in a normal tab, click the PerkRounds toolbar button, and confirm that your provider type is selected.
Open chrome://extensions, confirm PerkRounds is enabled, and pin it from Chrome’s Extensions menu. Reload an already-open retailer tab after installing or updating the extension.
PerkRounds does not ask for or store ID.me, GOVX, SheerID, payment, or medical credentials. Eligibility verification happens only on the retailer’s or verification provider’s official site.
