The public website uses limited first-party analytics to understand whether the directory and app instructions are useful.
What it does not collect
No analytics cookies, persistent visitor ID, IP address storage, raw referrer, search terms, merchant names connected to clicks, healthcare profile, verification credentials, payment information, or cross-site tracking.
Retention and access
Raw site events are retained for 90 days. The aggregate traffic dashboard is restricted to the site owner. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals are honored.
Anonymous pilot analytics on this device
Enabled. No cookie or cross-session visitor ID is used.
The browser extensions have separate pilot controls.
Website analytics do not receive your extension profile, supported merchant activity, feedback status, savings, browsing history, or credentials.
